off season activities

well,now that the hunting seasons are closed until September except for running dogs what do you do until fall? i fish some,work in the yard,ride the ATV and look for rubs made after the rut and generally,goof off.i like fishing the beaver dams and remote areas just to get away and store what i find until fall or spring.

I mainly fish. I know I should be in the woods scouting, but I never do it. Taht said, as soon as my shoulder heals up from some recent surgery, I plan to start looking around some public areas, since that's where I'll be spending most of my time hunting during the upcoming season.
